SYSTEM OPTIMISATION

The frameset, wheels, cockpit and other parts are engineered, developed and tested together to perform best as a system. The all-new OverDrive Aero steerer tube technology is combined with a Contact SLR AeroLight stem and Contact SLR handlebar to incorporate internal cable routing that also integrates the top cap, cables and spacers in a more aerodynamic, user-friendly setup

INTEGRATED AERODYNAMICS

From the truncated ellipse shape of frameset tubing to a new cockpit design and component integration, it all adds up to a more streamlined profile that helps give the flagship TCR Advanced SL 0 model a 4.19-watt advantage over the previous generation.

This pro-level road bike is made for competitive road riders who obsess over performance—from grand tour pros like Simon Yates to everyday riders trying to reach a new level. The flagship TCR model combines its legendary ride quality with new system integration and construction methods to make it more efficient than ever. The down tube is significantly redesigned for improved aerodynamics, and a new integrated cockpit, including the OverDrive Aero steerer tube and Contact SLR AeroLight stem, offers internal cable routing to further minimise drag. From the integrated seatpost to the CADEX WheelSystem with 40mm deep carbon rims, every component is chosen and tested for system optimisation.
