"Excellent product I use SPDs on my road shoes (Normally MTB) and have the walking adaptors, these still fit over the cleat and adaptor. Does not effect clipping in or out. Feet were warm in my vented shoes on a 8 degree road ride. "

"Used once so fay in a fresh 5 degrees moring ride and they kept my toes nice and warm. My cycling friend didn't have any and his feet froze very quickly ! Worth the money."
