By strategically selecting knob structure and spacing we increased the contact patch to increase speed and stability. With knobs clustered in the center, Tracer is fast-rolling, and as knobs grow in space and size toward the edges, Tracer finds the grip it needs for loose and off-camber features. Over the previous gen Tracer, there’s a noticed increase in steering predictability and stability across all surfaces for fun rides with responsive feel.

The contact patch is critical to the ride, so we focused on getting the ideal knob pattern across the width of the tyre. By clustering short knobs in the center and clearing space but enhancing knob size toward the edges, we cut down overall weight by 65g over the previous gen while elevating performance and handling to unmatched levels. So, no matter whether you’re giving full gas on hardpack or dabbing on a switchback, you’ll be riding the best selection of knobs Tracer’s ever had.
