"Simple to fit and adjust, however because one cannot manually test the compression off a bike, it is best to attach your seat to the suspension post and go for a short (bumpy!) ride before returning to loosen, if needed, the compression using an Allen key (not provided). The threaded adjustment 'plug' at the lower end of the plug only has limited travel
adjustment so don't loosen it too much as it pops out and is a struggle to rethread! "
